We will start by introducing key concepts, frameworks, maps, terms. Then we will learn how apply those to our day to day life experiences so we see the relevance and value. We can follow that by exploring some specific cases, examples, exercises. We will have plenty of time for questions in between so get ready to have fun, meet others and learn how to balance your emotions with Chinese philosophy.
About Paul C. Wang
Dr. Paul C. Wang is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and a California Acupuncture Board Licensed Acupuncturist. Blending principles and practices from the rich traditions of martial arts, meditation, mysticism, and medicine with modern insights. Dr. Wang has shared his experience and expertise with patients and students over the last two decades in more than 20 countries. In this age of individual, social, and ecological distress, he believes wellness is a creative process of restoring natural simplicity within complexity.
