Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy - ZAYA HEALTH

At ZAYA HEALTH, we are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality service and managing your entire treatment process with transparency. Steps such as creating your treatment plan and making surgeon and hospital reservations require advance planning and costs on our part. Therefore, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all our services.

1. Deposit Payment

  • A deposit payment is required to confirm your treatment package and appointment.

  • This deposit is used to cover organizational expenses such as surgeon, hospital, and operating team reservations.

  • Deposit payments are non-refundable in the event of a service cancellation. This rule is in place to secure the costs of the reservations and planning made on your behalf.

2. Cancellation Terms

The following conditions apply to cancellations made before your treatment start date:

  • Cancellations Made More Than 30 Days Before the Operation: 50% of any additional payments made, excluding the deposit, will be refunded.

  • Cancellations Made 15-29 Days Before the Operation: 25% of any additional payments made, excluding the deposit, will be refunded.

  • Cancellations Made 14 Days or Less Before the Operation: No refund will be issued for payments made for the treatment package. This is due to the inability to allocate the resources reserved for you (surgeon, team, hospital room, etc.) to another patient.

3. Rescheduling

We understand that life can bring unexpected situations. Therefore, we offer flexibility for rescheduling instead of cancellation:

  • If you wish to change your operation date, your deposit and any additional payments will be applied to your new, rescheduled operation date.

  • You must notify us of your rescheduling request at least 14 days prior to your current operation date.

4. Cancellation for Medical Reasons

  • If, after your arrival in Turkey and upon medical examination, your surgeon determines that the operation is risky for your health, the operation will be canceled.

  • In this case, the remaining amount will be refunded to you after deducting the costs of the consultation, tests, and other preliminary preparations. The deposit is non-refundable.

5. After Receiving the Service

  • Medical procedures and aesthetic operations, by their nature, are not refundable items after the service has been rendered.

  • However, at ZAYA HEALTH, we aim to maintain the highest level of patient satisfaction. In the event of any post-operative complications or dissatisfaction, we will provide you with full support from our medical team to evaluate and resolve the issue.

6. Refund Process

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days following the written receipt and approval of your cancellation request, via the original payment method.
